You need to manually type them into your PTCB CE TRANSCRIPT.
Here is how: Go to the PTCB website and drag the mouse over "MYPTCB" a drop down menu appears. The first available link is "CE TRANSCRIPT". When you click on that, you are prompted to log in to your account. If you are a certified tech you have an account. The instructions on how to apply CE hours are found in this area. You do not have to send in proof of your CE Hours. However, you should keep paper records of continuing education in a safe place indefinitely in case you are audited, or a re-instatement application is returned to you for corrections.
Also, according to the PTCB website:
"No continuing education hours earned before passing the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board Examination may be used for recertification; extra hours earned during any two-year certification period may not be carried over and applied to the next certification period requirements." - PTCB Website
