Mixture math dilemma

I have 2 questions that I am stuck on, as I just started my PRODUCT PREP course.

PREPARE 1.5L OF ALUMINUM CHLORIDE 25% V/V CONCENTRATE


HOW MANY ML OF 5% MERCURY CHLORIDE STOCK SOLUTION ARE NEEDED TO PREPARE 2.5L OF A 0.1% SOLUTION

Help!!! If you can show the calculations as easy as possible (math for dummies??) that would be very helpful!!
