It's like this: you have 18g in 100 ml , you need to know how much g u have in 12 oz (12x30ml=360ml) 18:100=X:360 X=64.8g ( 64800mg)
One tbl is 400mg so you need to know how much tbl you need, simply divide them 64800mg/400mg=162 tbl
