Third- party plan cover problem

Can you solve this problem, please? I am not the author of this, it just that I am studying for the PTCB.

Calculate the amount per fill allowable if a third-party plan covers a 34-day supply and adjust the refills:

Norvasc 2.5mg #120
1 qd
4 refills
...
A. 34 initial fill; 12 refills of ( 34); 2 partial fill
B. 34 initial fill; 11 refills of ( 34); 3 partial fill
C. 34 initial fill; 13 refills of ( 34); 4 partial fill
D. 34 initial fill; 14 refills of ( 34); 4 partial fill

This is what they taught me in class for this
by: Anonymous

120 caps x 5 fills (actual fills not refills)= 600 tabs total

34 days (allowed by ins) x 1 cap/day= 34 capsules allowed

600/34 - 1 = 16 refills

partial 600-(34*17 fills)= 22 partial

So to me the answers here are incorrect.
